Hi my name is Jake Hyland and recently I lost my granda (the man in the red shirt) to MND and it's a terrible loss for me and my family especially seeing how bad my granda got and not being able to sit and chat with a cupa tea and a biscuit like he used to do before he got lost the ability to move or speak. Please help fight MND so that for someone else could have a chance to see there loved ones grow up and sit and chat with their loved ones befor they can't. Plus if we reach or goal I myself will dunk Ice water over myself and also donate the money to The IMNDA. Please anything would help lets change lives and help out as much as we can.
