Raise money for the hospital that saved Alfie

Our lives were turned upside down when our son Alfie was taken seriously ill with critical heart failure when they found he had a very rare congenital heart condition called ALCAPA, which only affects two children in the UK every year. Children who have this defect don’t usually live beyond infancy, but Alfie has been given a second chance. Alfie ended up having to have major open heart surgery to try to reverse his condition and although his heart remains in a critical condition, he is cracking on with his life like a hero. I am going to run the Oxford half marathon to raise money for the Grand Appeal and in turn hopefully raise some awareness of ALCAPA a very rare but very serious congenital heart condition which is hard to diagnose.
I'm raising money in aid of Wallace & Gromit's Children's Foundation and every donation will help.

Thank you so much in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me and my family after what we have been through.
