Hey, I'm Maiah, and I'm so excited to share that I'm going to be doing a DTS through YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in my GAP year!

I've always been passionate about sharing the gospel, particularly having been inspired by women I read about in books, even when I was little, such as '10 Girls Who Changed the World' (all about young women who used their lives for God's purpose and plan!).

The opportunity to go out, be trained in skills that will equip me to spread Jesus' love to unreached nations, and to develop an even stronger, more passionate relationship with my Saviour is one that is incredibly important to me.

For this reason, I'm raising money that will allow me to get out to Yosemite, participate in the school, and be sent out to this year's target nation (which hasn't been decided yet!), from 22nd September- 27th February - however, I know God will provide whether we meet this goal or not, so don't feel any pressure to give :)

In return for your time, money (or just joy invested in my journey!) I will be doing a fortnightly newsletter of all the things I get up to for the 5/6 months that I'm out there, to keep all of you in the loop. Whether you're able to donate or not, this opportunity is so exciting, and probably once in a lifetime, so I would love to share it with you.
