Hi everyone my name's Kyle Welch and along with my great friend Jarryd Davies, we have decided to take part in Welsh White Collar Boxing on the 6th December this year. This will be taking place down the Vale Arena in Cardiff.

We decided we want to raise funds for Let's Talk Mens Mental Health in memory of Mike Davies who was my old rugby coach, great friend and a role model who shaped m into the man I am today. He's also Jarryd's father who sadly isn't with us any longer. So we feel as a remark of respect and to keep this man's memory alive we wanted to take on this challenge together.

I've also had my own personal battles over the years with mental health from fighting Anxiety, Depression and PTSD. Let's Talk Mens Mental Health has been my saviour on a personal reason and have been a rock in helping to get me back on the road of success.

Please help us raise vital funds to keep this charity going who rely heavily on funding to keep these support groups going within the South Wales Valleys. They also offer out free counselling sessions to men who are in need of this support network.

As a man of the valleys and in general we are too proud to speak out and ask for help when we need it. So with every donation going to this amazing charity, it's helping to break down these barriers and helping blokes get back on the road to success like they have helped me.
