Rome to Home! Raising funds for PHAB Torbay

All roads lead to Rome!

ABOUT THE CHALLENGE

After successfully completing a run from Paris to Paignton in May 2022, in aid of Torbay Stroke Support, Alby Walters is back on the road for his latest adventure, namely running from Rome to Home (Paignton).

ABOUT THE CAUSE

This time, Alby is raising money for PHAB Torbay the charity partner of Riviera Racers for 2023/24.

Phab is an inclusive club for young people with disabilities. They meet twice a week in Barton and offer a range of activities and social interaction for young people to enjoy.

ABOUT ALBY

Alby is a qualified England Athletics run leader for the Riviera Racers running club, based in Torbay. The club boasts over 50 members and offers road and trail runs twice a week around the bay.

Alby has numerous running achievements, including completing the London Marathon in October 2022 in a fantastic time of 2hrs 59 minutes!
