Dear Friends, family and community,

Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh (May Peace and Mercy and Blessings of Allah be Upon You).

We are coming together to honor the memory of our beloved son, Eesa, and create a lasting legacy in his name. Eesa was a bright, beautiful and compassionate soul who touched the lives and hearts of everyone he met. Eesa tragically lost his life on 30th June 2023 aged just 10 months old after complications of a brain surgery he underwent Inna lilahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un (“Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Allah we shall return.”) By the will of Allah (swt) Eesa returned to our creator.

The goal of this fundraiser is to raise £5000 (updated) to cover the venue, rent and food ingredients for a special event that will bring struggling families together twice a month for support, connection, and nourishment. We believe that by providing a safe and welcoming space, along with a nutritious meal, we can make a positive impact on the lives of those who are going through difficult times. The charity will be called Eat with Eesa.

Your generous contribution will not only help us achieve our fundraising goal but also ensure that Eesa's legacy lives on through acts of kindness and support for those in need. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference and bring us one step closer to our goal.
