We're taking on the Miles for Smiles community challenge to walk a combined 300 miles - the lenght of the South West coastal path - to raise awareness for mental health and support two amazing local charities: Georgia's Voice and Man Down .

We're walking in solidarity, every mile we walk is a step towards breaking the stigma and bringing people together. With your donation, we can raise much-needed funds to keep these crucial services running.

Georgia's voice offers a vital support network for young women struggling with their mental health, while Man Down provides safe,informal peer-support groups for men across Cornwall. Both organisations are doing life- changing work, and we want to help them continue supporting those who need it most.
