Hi we are founding members of The Long Covid Cuppa Group.

We are doing an abseil from the Forth Road Bridge to raise funds for Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland and the Long Covid Cuppa Group.

Suzanne's Story:In July, 2021 I had covid and since August, 2021 I have been suffering with Long Covid Symptoms which have been very debilitating to my health. I have also had to cut down my working hours given that I was not well enough to work most days. My life has changed so much and I want to raise money to try and help people like myself.

Noreen's Story: in November 2020 I had covid and since then I have been suffering with Long Covid Symptoms and now also have fybromyalgia, which has been very debilitating. I have also had to give up working due to my illness. Life has changed so much and I want to try and raise money to try and help people like myself.

We are very lucky that we are getting support from CHSS as they are now affiliated with Long Covid. They are helping support sufferers every day and we believe that they will be brilliant with helping our Long Covid Cuppa Group that runs once a month. This helps and supports people with Long Covid and lets them share their experiences with other sufferers.
