Hi everyone - we have officially launched our non-profit and applied for charity status. I am hoping we can apply for funding in the coming months and perhaps make a dream a reality and run our own little project once more. My current vision is to have a drop in center, ideally with a supervised use space if the powers that be will allow it.

I want to cultivate a space where joy is used as a theraputic tool, and one does not need to be "productive" to earn a place in our centre. The help is there when you're ready, if you want it - but one does not need "comply" in order to deserve care and company - just simply be and keep the peace.

Right now we have my car, and a brand new relationship with public health to hand out harm reduction supplies. I am hoping to raise a few hundred dollars so we can provide care packages when we go on outreach. :) All funds will go directly to the non-profit bank account.
