Nahmaduhu wa nusalli ala rasool kareem. Bismillah hir rahman nir raheem.

As many of you will know our beloved Happy Begum passed away on Thursday 24th November corresponding to 30 Rabiʻ II 1444 AH. We beg Allah Ar Rahman Ar Raheem with hopeful hearts that he forgive our Afa, that her long and difficult illness be an excuse to expiate all her sins, now that she be at ease and her final destination be Jannatul Firdous.

Dula bhai also passed away two years ago, Allah forgive him and grant him Jannatul Firdaous ameen.

Their three beautiful children are now orphans and as close family and well wishers we are all thinking and trying to do what is best for them.

In a hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah Radhiallahu Anhu, the Messenger of Allah Sallahu alihe wa sallam is reported to have said "Whoever caresses the head of an orphan (in affection), solely for the sake of Allah, a good deed will be written to his account for every hair over which he passed his hand, and whoever treated an orphan (boy or girl) with goodness and kindness, he and I will be close to each-other in Heaven as these two fingers” The Prophet (SAW) made a gesture with his fingers as explained above."

A friend of mine suggested that it would be a good idea to raise some funds for the family to use on whatever they think would be good and helpful. I agree and I think many others will as well so we decided to setup this page for anyone who would like to contribute.

Aside from helping financially we ask everyone to make khaas dua for the children and their parents and also contribute with any suggestions and actions they think will be useful at this time.

Allah’s peace and blessings be upon the noble Prophet Sallahu alihi wa sallam and may our book of deeds include the actions by which the Habib of Allah mentioned his company in Jannah.
