Sadly, we lost our stepbrother to suicide at the end of 2024 who was 23 years old.

In his memory, we will be participating in the French Natureman Triathlon 70.3 this year. 27/8 September 2025.

This is more than just a race for us; it’s an opportunity to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention especially amongst young men.

Our goal is to raise £750 for the charities Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide who are vital in supporting those who have lost loved ones; and Grass Root Suicide Prevention who help foster conversation in suicide prevention.

These charities play a key role in fostering conversations and providing support for those needing help. Allowing those to talk, scream, cry and not bottle it up.
