Hello my name is Connor , I am a 20 year old who has stage 5 kidney failure on dialysis . I was born with no functioning kidneys , causing me to have a transplant and over the years my body has rejected it ( leading to end stage renal failure causing hemo dialysis) it has affected me in all different ways . Over the span of June I am going to be running a minimum of 200 km to raise awareness to others and to show people with any sort of illness and similar issues as myself that you are not alone in this fight . It is ok to be out of your comfort zone :)
