We have known Dominique is a unique baby ever since birth. Born last November, with an underdeveloped right hand and very unique behaviour, we got Dominique’s diagnosis a month ago. Being one of just over 300 cases in the world, Dominique is our exceptional baby. The last ten months have stretched us to our limits, and we know there are many more challenges ahead of us, but once you have a look at Dominique’s picture during one of our hospital visits, you will understand what keeps us going every day.

Since the diagnosis, we have joined a very close community with a small number of families in the world who have been affected, and we are very keen to help raise money for the newly formed Xia-Gibbs Society. The Society has lots of aims, including raising awareness and, improving the information and support available for families, promoting and funding further research. This year, we are celebrating the 5th anniversary of the XGS. We will be very grateful for your donation, which will contribute to supporting research and helping many more babies and families like ours.
