Help Create the Guam Land Conservancy & Alt Military Retreat

Our open land is being sold off to developers. They kill the grasslands, kill the trees, kill the wildlife, and clear the land. The dream here is to buy raw land on the Island for Land Conservancy in central Guam. This land can also be used for safe and happy small gatherings helping to support the Land and the Alt Military Community. Bands will be Acoustic not electric.

I am not on any social media so your help in spreading the word is greatly appreciated. Even $1 helps the cause. This refuge will be called Rainbow Ridge.

This Conservancy will offer free produce to the locals dependent on how many acres that can be purchased.

Need fruit?

Need veggies?

Need chicken?

Need goat?

No problem so long as you respect the land.

Donations will go directly into a high yield savings account and used only when each plot of land can be purchased. Currently there are 2-8 mountain lots for a total of about 1.3 to 4.8 acres to the east of the Navy Base. Each lot is from $75k-$62k. There is an alternative 6+ acre lot down in the jungle south of the Navy Base for $250k that probably won't produce much. Some infrastructure will be required for access, power and sanitation. NO money will go to any human outside of buying the land and building the infrastructure.

Guam is and has been before it's time for equality. The Chamorro culture is a totally inclusive culture and are some of the best people on Earth from my experience.

Personally, I am a Gay Disabled Veteran from the first Gulf War back when "Don't ask, don't tell" was the law. Living in the shadows and not being able to talk to other Soldiers about my life was quite a hardship. I did find people that understood and were quite good friends. Some Soldiers, some not. These People made the absolute difference between life and death. Now days Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines have a safe and lawful way to openly talk and socialize with each other without fear of punishment or the feared Article-15 or Court Marshal. We can stay strong and safe.

This is a very difficult task and we will get it done! There are so many laws and customs about infrastructure and its costs. This will make it hard to do what I am trying to do here. We shall succeed!
