Rainbow Flags for Chelmsford 2021!

Rainbow Chelmsford is back in action for 2021!

In 2019, Chelmsford officially proclaimed that June will be LGBTQ+ Pride month for our town. Following this proclamation, Rainbow Flags for Chelmsford supplied small hand held sized flags for free distribution at several locations in Chelmsford: the Library, Senior Center, Artisan’s Exchange, and the summer farmer's market during the month of June. We also supplied 3x5 flags for any town buildings that requested them.

In our first year, all these flags were personally purchased by ~5 of our founding volunteers. We gave out 1,000 handheld flags and kept running out. Last year, in 2020, despite the pandemic, we gave out even more flags and our community came through and donated over $2,000! This year, we invite anyone who supports our mission of sharing rainbow flags to help us purchase them and continue sharing our pride! Your donations will go directly to purchasing and distributing flags to anyone who would like them. We are operating on a not-for-profit basis.
