Radnor WI Chair's Challenge for the Bracken Trust

Want to join me in making a difference? I’m raising money to benefit POWYS RADNOR COUNTY FEDERATION OF WOMENS INSTITUTES and the BRACKEN TRUST and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

As Chair of the Powys-Radnor Federation of WIs I challenged my members to come up with a wacky challenge for me to undertake to raise funds for our Federation and also the local Cancer Support Centre THE BRACKEN TRUST, based in LLandrindod Wells. They challenged me to take part in the World Bog Snorkelling Championships taking place in LLanwrtyd Wells on 24th Aug 2025.

All funds raised will be divided 50/50 between the two causes.

We need to constantly raise funds to keep our WI federation running, something so many women get great benefit from, which is why I am doing this event.

Also, so many of our members, friends and family have had need to use the services of the Bracken Trust in their fight against cancer and it is a cause close to our hearts. This Centre is desperately needed by the local residents and struggle to raise the necessary funds. Every penny helps!
