Radek is a volunteer at Frome Town Football Club, working tirelessly as head of recycling and also working as a steward on Matchday. On Saturday 12th of October Radek was volunteering at the match against Basingstoke Town FC and then off to Castle Cary Carnival to once again volunteer as a marshall. On leaving the ground to get his lift to the carnival he was violently attacked by a visiting fan after they stole football club property.

Radek had previously said that he wished to buy his own shed to be placed at the football club as a headquarters for his recycling operation.

He works tirelessly for charity and for the club and we feel it’s only right that we raise the money to get him the shed he dreams of.

As a football family even a section of the Basingstoke fans were appalled by the minorities actions that day.
