Last year my dad was diagnosed with cancer and after previously losing other family members to this disease, I’ve decided to take on a HYROX race to honour my dad and everyone affected. I’m raising money for Cancer Research, and any support means a lot.

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines endurance running with functional workout stations. Competitors complete eight 1 km runs, each followed by a challenging workout like sled pushes, rowing, or lunges. It’s a tough but achievable event designed for everyday athletes looking to test their strength, stamina, and determination.
