Hi my name is Nakita Sebastian. My parents Rachelle Sebastian & Patrick Nicholas lost their home and everything in it during St.Mary’s Fire.

This is very important to me and my family as it will help support them get back onto their feet. They lost their house late July 17th (Monday) early July 18th (Tuesday). This home has been in our family since 1970 with my great grandfather Mark Sebastian and then moving down the line to his children and then his children. In 2010 my parents added an extension to this house to make it bigger. They’ve put a lot of hard work and dedication into their home, to loose it just like that.

My parents were out of town when the evacuation was put in place, which means they had no chance to grab anything, other than the clothing on their back and vehicle they were in.
