Hello, my name is Lauren and I am starting this Go Fund Me to assist my friend Rachel and her family.

Everything first started in March 2025, when Rachel’s fiancée John had a seizure and heart attack at the same time. This medical emergency cause him to dislocate and break his left shoulder and as well came with the discovery that he had a birth defect of a right anomalous coronary artery. John requires surgery on both his shoulder and heart. During all this medical turmoil, Rachel’s father passed away leaving her his condo that he had lived in. Rachel and her family moved into the condo as it was in their best interest financially, but unfortunately it has only become more of a burden. The neighbours of this condo have completely flipped Rachel and her families lives upside down. A lot of people know Rachel from her videos that are now going viral of her neighbour horror story.

These neighbours have threatened her and her families lives, pulled guns out on them, physically assaulted them, and verbally abuse them daily. Because of all these things, Rachel got a doorbell camera to document everything happening. Unfortunately, getting the camera only made matters worse. Now, these neighbours walk around holding baseball bats and even machetes at times. Rachel has filed many police reports and continues trying to get charges pressed against them. To make matters even worse, these two neighbours have gone to the HOA to try to have Rachel and her children removed from their home. For Rachel’s children’s safety, she has sent them to live with other family.

Rachel is working as much as she can, but because of her fiancée John’s ongoing medical problems he is unable to work, leaving them with very little income. She has been hoping to take her neighbours and the HOA to court but unfortunately can’t afford this currently. As well as, she would like to move out of the condo for her and her families safety but cannot afford that right now either. I am looking to collect some money to help Rachel and her family. This money would help them with lawyer fees to go to court against her neighbours, medical fees from John’s surgeries, and to help them move so her children can be safe and together. Any amount helps, and she would be so grateful for any assistance during these times.
