Please help support Gabriel's family

For those that know me, know that my nephews and nieces are like my own children. I would do whatever I can to support and help see their happiness through. This is my first nephew Gabriel.  Gabriel is an amazing father to two beautiful daughters, Rayna, 3 and Gianna 1 1/2. Unfortunately, he is facing the unimaginable chance of losing his girls because of an unforeseen custody battle. Due to immediate action needing to take place, Gabriel used all of his savings on a recommended lawyer who in the end misrepresented his case and he now faces losing Rayna and Gianna. We do not want to imagine the worse possible of the girls being separated or taken away. The money spent on the first lawyer is non-refundable. Due to the actions of the lawyer, Gabriel's original court date for custody of February 2021 has been moved to this month, December 22nd which does not leave us much time. 

My nephew would never ask for any help. He prides in being a good family man and the best father to Rayna and Gianna. I am pleading with you to help me raise money for a new lawyer, who we have already consulted with. However, the retainer fees are above and beyond the means of my nephew at this time. There would be no possible way for him on his own to come up with the fees for the new lawyer in such a short time. I am being completely transparent in putting the privacy of my family out there. However, we have exhausted all means of ways to come up with the new fees in sufficient time for my nephew to have the representation that he needs for December 22nd.

From my heart, I thank you in advance for any help that you can give. I understand these times have been unprecedented and we are all going through our own battles. I ask on behalf of my nephew, because I would hate to see him lose his girls and for us to have to say good bye to our precious Rayna and Gianna. Any contribution will go straight to the retainer fees for the new lawyer and for his deserved full representation on December 22nd and any future court dates. I again thank you from my heart for any help that you can give us during these unforeseen turn of events. We also ask that you lift up my nephew and the girls in prayer for strength and that God works in his favor, maintaining the girls stability and family who loves them dearly.
