Hello lovely people! ✨

I have stepped way out of my comfort zone and organised a hike up Mount Snowdon in Wales. This will be taking place on the weekend of the 22nd of February. We are hiking early hours of the Sunday morning, so we catch the beautiful sunrise! Some of us know each other, and others don’t at all. Some of us have hiked Mount Snowdon before and others it’ll be their first time! We are all coming from different parts of England which I’m so excited and happy about! I wanted to organise and create a group where people can meet others, make friends and create memories. It’s difficult to meet people these days, but it’s also incredibly difficult to form friendships the older you get.

This hike will be a challenge for most of us butttt I am hoping it’s a fun and enjoyable experience. The money will be donated to Alexander Devine children’s hospice. I have set the target of £2,000, but I’m hoping if everyone can help and donate, we can exceed this target! There will be updates and proof of where the money is going and I’m super excited to be able to help people and make a difference.

The world is becoming such a horrible place to live, and I would like to be able to help in any way I possibly can, as would the other lovely people who have opted in to do this hike. Every little helps, and I hope that we can put some smiles on people's faces and create something special.

This is the first event I’ve created, and I’m hoping it’s a success. I will be organising more events like this in the future as I want to create a community, a safe space, and opportunities for everyone to meet people. If we can raise money to help others in the process, then that’s a bonus!
