Hello everyone, my name is Cristina Garcia, and I’m an educator serving the South Los Angeles community. Like our city, this community is rooted in culture, diversity, and the strength of our immigrant families. Unfortunately, due to the increasing and unjust presence of ICE in Los Angeles, many of our neighbors are facing significant hardship and are forced to stay indoors for their safety.

I recognize that other organizations are also offering similar support; however, many families face uncertainty and logistical challenges that make it difficult to access these resources. That’s why, once our fundraising goal is met, I will personally purchase and deliver the items to ensure they reach those in need.
