Hello, my name is Jade Gilbert and I'm the owner/founder of Jade's Ten and Two Foundation. Ten and Two is a Non-Profit organization that brings awareness and information about the rare disease meningococcal coxemia or in the more common sense, bacterial menigitis.This is the disease I came down with when I was only two years old and I managed to survive it. I am now a sixteen year old sophomore in high school, and have struggled with the aftermath of this sickness for fourteen years. My goal is to spread the word to  families and individuals that getting vaccinated is extreamly important in order to prevent you and your love ones from having to go through this tragedy yourselves.
