This GoFundMe is for a dear and loving friend, Alicia Russell, a devoted mother of four who is facing an incredibly tough battle with cancer. She has always put others first, but now she needs our support.

Alicia has been diagnosed with an aggressive, triple-positive stage 2 breast cancer. Her treatment plan includes six rounds of chemotherapy, followed by surgery and radiation. While most of her chemotherapy drugs are covered under Medicare’s PBS, one essential drug is not, costing $6,000 for the full six cycles.

As she undergoes treatment, Alicia will be unable to work for at least the next six months. Though she is surrounded by the love and support of family and friends, we want to ease the financial burden of this journey. Any contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful difference.
