Carly Brohman and Josie-Lee Gibson will be running the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge June 14-16 raising money for #IVEGOTYOURBACK911

The 4x4x48 challenge is a simple concept that was pioneered by American ultramarathon runner David Goggins. The former Navy SEAL founded the challenge in March 2020 and has since mobilised thousands of people around the world to test their physical and mental strength.The challenge consists of running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours.

All funds raised will support the continued work of #IVEGOTYOURBACK911 raising awareness around the increase and rise of mental health issues within the First Responder Community.
