On December 31, 2015, I lost my beloved husband Brian Fortunato very suddenly.  Devastation doesn't begin to describe how I feel without the love of my life here by my side.  We have two young children, Ryan age 10 and Alex age 9.  They were Brian's pride and biggest accomplishment in life and he would have done anything for them.  I never thought that just a week after Christmas I would be planning his funeral, but here I am making arrangements for his wake and burial.  Telling our boys that they were no longer going to see their father was by far the most difficult thing I have ever had to do, but after that came all of the questions from my boys - will we have to change schools and not go to St. Joseph's anymore?  Will we still be able to play hockey?  The fact that my boys lost their dad at such a young age is almost too much to bear, and it is my hope to keep the rest of their lives as normal as possible.  Doing this on my own and on one salary is going to be next to impossible, and I am humbly asking my friends and family for help.   In lieu of flowers for Brian's funeral, I would love donations to put toward my children's education at St. Josephs, in order to maintain normalcy in their lives.  Your generosity will be much appreciated in this very difficult time in our lives.
