Hello, my name is Mai, I am a Palestinian from Gaza and I live in Belgium. Unfortunately, my family is stuck in northern Gaza and unable to move south due to the extreme risk of being killed by Israeli soldiers. As we know, the situation is very catastrophic, especially in the northern Gaza Strip. So, I am trying to help feed my family and provide them with the medical supplies needed to survive until it is safe for me to evacuate them south and out of Gaza. Food, water and medical supplies are expensive due to the limited amount coming in, and I am unable to help them on my own. I have no other choice, I am collecting donations to help save my family from starvation in the north. This genocide has taken everything from us and robbed us of our happiness, safety and health. My family consists of my parents, my seven married sisters, two married brothers, and their children (39 of them children and adults). My father is sick with cartilage and diabetes, and he suffered a stroke. After losing my brother due to the stroke, he lost the ability to speak and move, and now he needs physical therapy and other treatments. My mother suffers from high blood pressure and diabetes and needs a knee operation. We once lived in a beautiful house full of memories, until our house was bombed and everything in it was destroyed, including the long, beautiful memories of our lives. We are now homeless, I lost my brother who was killed during this genocide and left behind his four children and wife as well as many of my loved ones. In addition, my 22-year-old niece injured her foot 5 months ago after her house was bombed. She underwent two platinum surgeries, but they were unsuccessful, due to the lack of medical supplies in Gaza. She urgently needs to be evacuated from Gaza as soon as possible so that she can undergo surgery before her condition worsens. If someone donates €5 it will make a difference for us and help us because we need more. I lost my brother and I don't want to lose another person in my family. You are my only hope.
