In Carlene’s words: Trevor hit his last home run into the Field of Dreams ⚾️

As most of you may know, Trevor Freeman passed away peacefully on November 3, 2023, surrounded by loving family and friends. He will be greatly missed, and left a positive impact on most everyone he met.

Trevor had been battling cancer for quite some time. He maintained a strong, positive attitude throughout the ordeal, and always supported others through advocacy and his work in Indigenous relations, his sportsmanship, baseball, and of course the Travelling Jagr’s!

Carlene herself has a background in fundraising. She created Servers for a Cure, an organization in Vancouver and raised tens of thousands of dollars for Breast Cancer research.

Funds raised through this GoFundMe will go directly to Carlene and Lincoln (and Whiskey and Naughty ) and help with meal services, housekeeping and personal support, as well as therapeutic care for all members of the family. We all know that this family would be the first to help others in need, so now is our chance to help them!
