JACOB'S JOURNEY- make a brave little boys dreams come true.

At the beginning of this year our little fighter got diagnosed with Medullablastoma, an aggressive brain tumour.

Our little boy has made it through 3 long brain operations, scans, tests and has spent most of this year in hospital undergoing treatment.

Unfortunately a recent scan has revealed that his tumour has spread and have been given the devastating news that his illness is terminal and we have weeks left to enjoy our time together.

We would like to give him the best time possible for however long we have left with him, for him to experience everything we can in the limited time we have.
