Quinn's Quest-The road back from Osteosarcoma

Quinn Robelle is my 22 yr old son. He is young, smart, athletic and determined. He has always been that way! Quinn' s passion is playing ice hockey. He has played since he was 4yrs old, has been training at a high level for many years and has hit a bump in the road, more like a mountain.  After playing 2 1/2 seasons of junior hockey in Canada and N.Y. , Quinn finally went to play college hockey for Becker College in Worcester, MA.  During his first semester at Becker, he started feeling a tightness in his right hip and groin. By the time he came home for the summer to Tampa, Fl, he was in excruciating pain.  After an MRI, he was diagnosed with osteo sarcoma in his right pelvic.  He underwent 6 months of chemo at Moffitt Cancer Ctr. and 7 weeks of Proton Radiation Therapy at UF Proton Therapy Ctr in Jacksonville, Fl.  Quinn came through his treatments with few side affects and is pain free now!  His next step is getting back in shape to play the game he has loved since he was 4.  This is where he needs your help now.  Quinn needs a rehab specialist to work with him to gradually get his hip, glute and lower body muscles back to a strong competitive level so he can play hockey again.  This knowledgeable rehab specialist is expensive, not covered under medical insurance, but can gradually get Quinn ready to play. Your help in his process to return to  college hockey would make his dream come true! The funds will only be used for Quinn's rehab.  After all he has been through in the past 7 months, after climbing this mountain, he deserves all the support he can get.  Please help my son return to the ice in a safe guided manner to play the game he loves.
