Quest 21k race for Big John & Stoma Nurse Mary UHW

Hi, my name is John and on April 1st, 2023, I will be completing a 21km quest adventure race which includes cycling, running and kayaking. I haven't been on a kayak since I was 14!! I am fundraising on behalf of my Dad for the stoma nurse Mary McDonald at University Hospital Waterford. My Dad was diagnosed with cancer in December 2021. He was then told that he would need a stoma bag for one year but unfortunately, he now needs it for life. So for the excellent care and consideration from Mary the stoma nurse at UHW, he has asked me to raise some much-needed funds for them.
