Last Chance to See My .Momma

Hi. I am the wife of a husband with stage 4 colon cancer (he is doing rather well) and mother of 3 adult and teen kiddos and live in the Phoenix, AZ area.

My husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer earlier this year which required him to undergo chemotherapy. He has been going through Chemo for the past 6 months praying that it will provide a miracle and cure him. Unfortunately taking this time off from work has depleted our savings and has left us without a penny to spare.

I have also recently found out that my mom also has stage 4 cancer. She lives in Seattle. She recently was found in her home unconscious, her lips were blue. She was rushed to the hospital where they discovered that she had pneumonia, blood clots in her lungs..... So far, she is not getting better. She has spoken to me recently and has expressed that she is ok being done with life. I am unsure if she is going to come out of this. Nonetheless, her doctors have said she may have up to 2 months to live if she decides to undego chemo.

It has been 14 years since I last saw my mom. We speak on the phone and text often but health and finances have just not permitted us to visit each other.

I would like to see her 1 last time. I would like to take my boys with me as well. My youngest was 1 when he last saw her. We are hoping to take the train as it is more accommodating for someone with a larger body like mine.
