This summer, we will again complete the 104km relay Solo-Run & Walk along the Royal Canal from Croke Park in Dublin to Bunbrosna GAA Club grounds.

This year it is to celebrate the completion of phase 1 of our development and to commence phase 2, which will see the installation of a floodlit walking track for all the community to exercise safely and to complement the Astro facilities and the playground of phase 1.

Each group of participants will complete allocated sections of the route, carrying an Official Bunbrosna GAA football along the way. Members of the Adult Team will start the Run & Walk at Croke Park on Friday afternoon leading to the underage completing it on Saturday evening, bringing the ball across the finish line.

We would invite everyone to join us at the pitch or Tormey's after that to celebrate the Club's development efforts over the past two years.

Club Officials will organise and allocate sections of the route based on age, supervision needs and accessibility to ensure this is a family-safe, child-friendly, fun event.
