Hi, my name is Rachel and I will be partaking in a Charity Fight night on March 12th 2026. All funds raised will be donated to charity.

The 3 charities are:

1. Jigsaw

2. The NSPCA (National Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals)

3. Cycle4charlotte (raising funds for Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma (FLC), a rare cancer)

1. Jigsaw Information: We are Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health. We believe a better life is possible for the hundreds and thousands of young people across Ireland facing mental health difficulties. We offer a listening ear, and give expert advice and support to young people aged twelve to twenty five. We give families, teachers, and those who support young people's mental health ways to cope, and skills to be there for young people. We make sure that youth mental health is a national, and local priority.

2. The NSPCA: The National Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (NSPCA) was formed through the coming together of the DSPCA and ISPCA. Together, we unite decades of experience, care and advocacy to protect animals and advance animal welfare across Ireland.

3. Cycle4Charlotte: Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma (FLC) is a rare, aggressive form of liver cancer that primarily affects adolescents and young adults, without underlying liver conditions, typically between 13 and 25. Occurring in about one in five million people, fibrolamellar is difficult to detect and treat, as standard therapies like chemotherapy and immunotherapy are largely ineffective. Surgery is often the only option, but recurrence is common, and there is no known cure.
