Hello everyone, as some of you may know, I have two beautiful children (a son and a daughter) who are 7 and 8 years old. Unfortunately, since a very young age, both of my children have been subjected to physical and sexual abuse at the hands of their mother and the multiple men, including her father, that she's allowed around them. My daughter had her first rape exam at the age of 2, in which her doctor claimed, based on the scarring, it had been happening since before she was 1. At that point in time, my wife and I were granted emergency custody, and the kids were safe and happy. Their caseworker couldn't believe the change in them just after a few weeks. That was until the state of Tennessee dropped the charges because "nobody would take responsibility for the rape," as if anyone would admit to that. Since then, she has allowed multiple men to sexually and physically abuse my children, including her new husband, who was convicted of molesting multiple young family members, even forcing the children to share a bed with him. My ex-wife went as far as breaking my son's femur in half because he was simply playing too loudly on the bed, according to the witness that was there. The doctor reported it to CPS, but they closed the case without investigating, just like the other 15+ cases against her. The physical abuse extends to her making the children strip down and kneel on raw rice for hours, beating them in the heads with belts, dragging them by their hair, not feeding them, shaving my daughter's head, and so much more.

Last night around 10 pm, I received a message on Facebook from an attorney representing my ex-wife in court. In these messages, she stated that Michael (new husband and the man who molested family members) would be adopting my children. I obviously refused due to the fact I love and want my children in my life, and I would never allow a pedophile to be their legal parent as I've been trying to get full custody for years, to which she replied, "I needed time to accept it." I will never accept it, and I'll fight like hell to make sure it never happens. Yet even with the medical and physical evidence, while also being states away, the courts refuse to do anything until I retain an attorney in the state of Tennessee. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income, and my wife is already working multiple jobs to try and come up with the money for an attorney, but with the current economy, it seems impossible. Creating this GoFundMe is my last resort as I hate asking for help, but I will do anything possible to get my kids home safe. I have contacted multiple attorneys, legal aid, even the state bar association, and they have offered no help at all.

If anyone willing to donate would like proof of all the allegations, I can provide that also, but I don't want to post it online to protect my kids' privacy and prevent any further damage down the road because the internet is forever. My children are my world, and I just want them home so they can start healing and not have all of this trauma follow them throughout life. They need to be seen by doctors, start therapy, but most of all, be able to be children again. My ex-wife (Destiny) now has 5 children. The oldest from her first marriage was removed due to the abuse and all the things Michael has done. Although he was not sexually abused, the courts granted a protection order for him against Michael due to the fear of it escalating from physical to sexual because of his history. Michael is the father of the two youngest children, ages 2 and 1. My children are locked in a mold-infested bedroom for hours a day, forced to take care of the two youngest while Destiny and Michael are nowhere to be found. One day, they took that opportunity to FaceTime my wife and tell her about all of the abuse, begging her to drive to Tennessee to pick them up because they were scared. Obviously, if she legally could have, she would have in a heartbeat as she's been part of their lives for almost 7 years and loves them like her own. That video call haunts us daily.

The eldest child had told his therapist that my children get abused the worst due to them looking like me, and that's what his mother told him. I received texts from a mutual friend stating that Michael had been making comments about my son's anus and how it's mutilated, leading me to wonder why he even has the ability to be that close to my son, nude, let alone looking and touching it considering he's not in diapers. I also have text messages between the oldest child and my ex-wife in which he states that he is finally safe living with his father and he doesn't want to go back with her because of the constant moving, abuse, and filth they are forced to live in. This child is only 10 years old and knows that what is happening is not okay and wants his siblings safe like he is.

I am not only looking to get full custody of my children, but I want criminal charges pressed so these people can finally face the consequences of their actions. The first man to sexually abuse my children, Dennis Mutters (Destiny's father), is serving 225 years in prison for sex trafficking and molesting children. Her mother, Danale, has a long record of child abuse and multiple other charges as well. Not only is their biological mother dangerous, her entire family is too.

She has blocked all forms of communication with my children only to tell the courts I abandoned them and try to strip my parental rights away. My court-ordered visitation is coming up, which is why I believe she's filing all of this beforehand, so my children can't tell me everything that's happened just like last time because they're older and the courts will now listen to what they have to say. She's trying to protect herself and her husband at the cost of my children's safety, and I'm not going to allow this to keep happening.
