Running 100km for The Gurkha Welfare Trust
On 23 Sept, our small section of 4 warriors, Team Sahasi, will be participating in the Trailfinder event, to run and hike 100km in under 30 hours across the South Downs in aid of The Gurkha Welfare Trust. It would be amazing if you could support this great charity.
The Gurkhas are soldiers from Nepal who are recruited into the British Army and have been for the last 200 years. Established in 1969, The Gurkha Welfare Trust exists to ensure that Gurkha veterans, their widows and their wider communities are able to live with dignity. The Trust achieves this primarily through the provision of financial, medical and community aid across Nepal.
