Help my mom get back on her feet

On May 21st 2022 my mom was hit by a drunk driver at 91 miles per hour on her way home from work. Her life has been permanently changed forever. She sustained multiple injuries including a broken neck, 8 fractured ribs, a broken wrist, brain damage, and a torn diaphragm. We are lucky to have her here with us at all. After many surgeries and lengthy hospital stays our main goal has been to get my mom back to her normal life she had before the accident. She is in pain everyday and is currently still unable to walk, making her unable to work. Since beginning her recovery we discovered she also had a spinal infection growing in her spine further stunting her progress and leading to necrotic bone in her spine. As hospital bills and everyday life expenses continue to pile up we are searching for some kind of relief. The man who hit her had no insurance giving us no hope for any kind of payout. My mother is the primary financial provider in our family and we are only asking for whatever can be given to help us keep our lights on and food on the table while we focus on her recovery.
