Hello everyone, hope you are all staying safe during these unprecedented times...

I created this page in search of help for a single Afghan mother who lives in San Diego and has been greatly affected by the lack of work due to Covid-19.

She was already struggling in her previous circumstance working multiple side jobs, but was able to make ends meet. However, now she doesn't know how she will be putting food on the table for her 3 young children.

Luckily my family and I have been able to help out as much as we can, however, I know with the strength of our community we can really pull through for her and make a difference.

She has been in America for only 5 years and does not have much family here in the States, and although her resources are limited, her spirit is strong!
