Billy SweetFeets is an amazing little "orinch meniss" . He has had many physical difficulties since he was born, and now he is declining.  He is blind in one eye and it is often oozing and, per the vet - it may need to be removed.  He also has severe and chronic lung issues - we have been giving him steroids for many years and he has progessively gotten worse.  The vets would like to do many tests and perhaps remove his blind eye.  There may be a surgical route to help him to breathe better.  My poor little guy is declining rapidly and I cannot just not do anything to help.  It breaks my heart that he wheezes and coughs constantly.  He seems to just want to give up at times.
