Hi everyone,
I am a Property Manager on the Gold Coast.
I am hoping to raise some much needed funds for one of our elderly tenants Denis.
The owners change is situations means they can no longer offer Denis another lease agreement on his current rent amount. They have been very kind in allowing him to stay a long time on such a small amount of rent.
Denis is finding himself in a very tough situation not only having to find somewhere to move, but also having the funds to get a removalist as his pension only allows very minimum money left each week as it is.
He is due out of his property on Monday 31st Jan. We are doing everything we can in assisting him find the help he needs in terms of housing.
He is the most lovely soul (and tenant) and I hope but raising some money for him, it may help him ease the finance stress which his struggling health does not need.
