I would like to share something deeply personal that has been weighing heavily on my heart. My name is Mohamed, and my family in Gaza has been living through unimaginable hardship. Two of my cousins — along with their little children — lost their homes completely. They are now living in torn, freezing tents, surrounded by destruction, with almost nothing left to protect them from the cold. Every day, they struggle just to stay warm and safe.

It is devastating to witness their suffering from afar, and I am doing everything I possibly can to support them. This situation has changed me profoundly. It has strengthened my compassion, my resilience, and my sense of responsibility to care for others, especially in times of crisis. Their courage is a daily reminder of why I work with empathy, humanity, and purpose in everything I do.
