Coldvember

A few of us have decided to raise money and awareness for Pieta House through Cold November. We will be swimming in the Irish Sea every day for the next 30 days.

This time of year can be difficult for everyone but with COVID19 it makes it all the more challenging. Pieta House was established to provide freely accessible one-to-one counselling to people suffering from suicidal ideation, engaging in self-harm or to those bereaved by suicide. Their services save lives. 

Anyone is welcome and encouraged to get involved by swimming or making a donation if you can, no matter how small.
