Sigma Chi Derby Days

My name is Puneet Nagpal, and I have the distinct privilege to represent Sigma Chi as this year's "Derby Days" chairman. Derby Days is the single largest Greek philanthropy event in the world bringing in over 4 Million dollars annually. These proceeds directly fund and help support research at the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah. The research currently being conducted is groundbreaking and is receiving more attention each day. The Sigma Chi chapter here at Texas Tech University is eager to join the fight to end cancer! Our goal this year is to raise $30,000.00. Derby Days will be held from April 5th to April 10th. Your donation will bring us closer to our goals, with COVID restricting us from raising any money, Epsilon Nu has been preparing for this for the past eleven months and the chapter has a positive attitude, now we are excited to kick off Derby Days! We want to show this is a chapter that will be looked up to when it comes to our philanthropy. I hope that you will take our request in your consideration and will help us to reach our goal for Derby Days. Your donation will be split 50/50 with half going to Huntsman and the other half will be going towards our chapter to help throw our Derby Days philanthropy week!
