I am the mother of three wonderful children and a survivor of domestic violence. The biological father was in prison many years for his choices and abuse. I am seeking to raise funds to appeal a denied parental right twrmination. The judge stated that the biological father had no fault in being incarcerated for the abuse and denied termination of parental rights. The biological father has no custody and no visitation because of the abuse, and has been incarcerated so long the children do not know him or remember any of the abuse. If we can appeal and terminate his parental rights, these children will be safe from him. He will never be able to take me back to court and get visitation. Im fearful of what he will do to these children if he ever gets his hands on them, as he has already done permanent damage to my son's hearing through medical neglect while he had me falsely imprisoned. This is why he was in prison when everything came out. Court systems need to take DV more seriously than they do. I do not want a law named after my children. We have all seen what happens and had our hearts rocked by all the children on the news lately. Help me be proactive and keep these children safe and with the only father they know.
