Cooking for a Cause:

 

For their summative group assessment, the Year 12 Food and Hospitality students at Concordia College have designed a take-home meal to be packaged and presented with a focus on sustainability and the environment. We aim to fundraise and collect a small donation to contribute to Afghanistan who are currently experiencing a profound humanitarian crisis. We have taken our inspiration from the Ayubi family, behind Parwana Afghan Kitchen who have hosted a large fundraising event to provide emergency relief to Afghans who now find themselves displaced in their own country. All funds will be donated to UNICEF Australia which will be used to support children and families on ground. Thankyou for your much needed support.
