For Pyjama Week, Gumnut Dance is raising money for Dainere's Rainbow, a not-for-profit organisation raising awareness of childhood brain cancer, fundraising for Australian research, and supporting families. Every donation helps to make an impact. Thank you in advance for contributing to this cause.
A bit about Dainere's Rainbow:
Dainere’s Rainbow was created in memory of and as a legacy to Dainere, a courageous and inspirational young Canberran who wanted to create change for others diagnosed with this devastating illness. Brain cancer is the deadliest disease for children in Australia. Children in Canberra and the surrounding regions cannot access treatment locally - they must travel to the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network for care. 100% of funds raised for Dainere’s Rainbow go directly to vital research programs and projects bringing tangible hope to children in Canberra and across Australia.
Our Mission - Dainere’s Rainbow is dedicated to elevating vital awareness and raising funds for Australian research to improve outcomes for every child in Canberra and across Australia diagnosed with childhood brain cancer, and to ensure families feel supported, strengthened and valued.
Our Vision - A one hundred percent cure rate for all children diagnosed with brain cancer, and quality services and support throughout their illness and beyond.
Our Team - Dainere’s Rainbow is powered by a small and dedicated team of unpaid volunteers, who have enormous hearts and incredible enthusiasm.
