Greetings! PVAMU African Students Association here. We are an organization at Prairie View A&M University committed to bringing awareness about the African culture while uniting all cultures.

 

This year, our vision for the organization is "cultivating the mind for education". To better reach that goal, it has been placed on our hearts as a group of young men and women, students of an HBCU and a family to build a Youth Outreach Center in Ghana, West Africa that will accomplish the following:

 

1. Giving Students a safe place to learn.

 

2. Have a designated location for donations, medical supplies and resources to support the youth.

 

3. Create a community of young leaders who will have the opportunity to better themselves and excel.

 

We will have a Food Pantry, Common Social Area and Classrooms  within this building. WE NEED YOUR HELP!

 

We believe that we can make a difference no matter what and this will definitely be a great start to making the world a better place for our future leaders!

 

We are calling all PVAMU ALUMNI, Organizations, Staff and students and members of the community to show up and show out!! PV!!!.................................. U KNOW!!!
