Vanessa and Paul are running from Galway Bay to Dublin Bay!

Why?
- Charity - raising funds for the Irish Heart Foundation and their Her Heart Matters campaign. As many of you know Vanessa's mum died of undiagnosed heart disease 5 years ago this July, its so hard to think that she could still be with us if her symptons had been better understood. This is an opportunity to raise of awareness of women's heart disease where 1 in 4 women dies from heart disease and stroke – the same as men – yet research has shown that heart disease in women has been under-researched, under-diagnosed, and under-treated for far too long.
- Connection - to connect to each other, to nature, to Ireland and to you! Feel free to come and join us, particularly for the last to 5 to 10km! (most likely Ringsend to the 40 foot)
- Challenge - testing the limits of what we think is possible and learning as we do
