This March, Theodore is taking on a big challenge for a big cause, 20 push-ups every single day to raise money for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
His goal? $500 to help support kids just like him across Australia.
What is Cerebral Palsy?
Cerebral palsy (CP) is a lifelong physical disability caused by damage to the developing brain, usually before or during birth. It affects movement, muscle tone, posture, and coordination.
In Australia, around 1 in 700 children are diagnosed with CP. Every child’s experience is different, but CP can impact:
• Muscle stiffness or weakness
• Balance and coordination
• Speech and communication
• Fine motor skills (like writing or buttoning clothes)
• Sometimes learning, vision, or hearing
There is currently no cure, but early therapy, medical support, and specialised equipment can make a life-changing difference.
That’s why this March, Teddy has chosen to do 20 push-ups a day, not just to build strength, but to build awareness and help reach his fundraising goal of $500.
Every push-up counts. Every dollar helps. And every bit of support means stronger futures for Aussie kids living with cerebral palsy.
